2.Shipping Destinations

ANOR Corporation ships to all locations around the globe. 

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

a) Standard Shipping Around the world

  • Delivery Time: Typically 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • This method is available for all worldwide orders.

b) Express Shipping (worldwide)

  • Delivery Time: Typically 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express shipping may be available for selected products and locations. Please check availability at Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, local customs procedures or courier delays.

5. Shipping Costs a) Standard Shipping 

  • For orders above US $200: Free Shipping.
  • For orders below US $200: A flat rate shipping fee of US $20 will be applied.

b) Express Shipping

The cost for express shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey directly through the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Instructions and Unattended Deliveries

  • Ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.
  • If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave package with concierge, specific entry code) please include them in the (Order Notes) section during checkout.
  • For unattended deliveries ANOR Corporation and our courier partners are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the courier. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package or providing secure delivery instructions.

8. Failed Deliveries and Returns

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due the customer not being available or providing incorrect information the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • Should an order be returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
  • If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply to the product refund.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@anorcorporation.com.
  • Please provide your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damage). We will work diligently with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
