Our Commitment

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a clear and straight forward process. By making a purchase from ANOR Corporation, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. 

Return Time frame

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. You must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date your purchase order was delivered. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase such as your purchase order receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and other reasons certain items are not eligible for return these include:

  • Perishable Goods: All items from our party celebration category (e.g. Decoration pieces).
  • Personal Items: Jewelry (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Customized Products: Any custom made items such as specialized uniforms.
  • Sale & Clearance Items: Any products marked as (Sale) or purchased from a clearance section cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return Step 1: Contact Us

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@anorcorporation.com provides your order number without out any reason of return.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our team will review your request. If your item is eligible to return, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Do not send items back without first receiving authorization.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided by our team.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, ANOR Corporation will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tractable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds

a) Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. We will then send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b) Processing the Refund

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow approx. 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account depending on your Debit/Credit card issuers policies.

c) Deductions

Please note that original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable. A restocking fee may also be applied in certain cases.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund (as per this policy) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the new item is in stock and shipped to you promptly.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including any shipping costs at our expense.
